What Is EasyHire?

EasyHire is an App that will make the hiring process far easy.

How It Works?

It uploads and imports the CVs in the desired format using AI. Further, it helps to sort, filter the data which saves a lot of time which can be used in other valuable areas.

Target Audience

Human resource department.

Current Process

HR receives applications/CVs from Iim Jobs, LinkedIn, and through references in the form of PDFs, Word files, etc.

After that HR person enters the data manually on their portal and then sorts the data according to their requirements.

Problems
  • Entering the data and sorting it is all done manually which takes lots of time and pain.

  • Sorting the data according to different perspectives is a tough job.

  • Receives unnecessary applications which get mixed with the relevant applications, selection became a tough and time-taking process.

Requirements
  • Data to be sorted automatically

  • Can able to sort data according to the following requirements:

     - Total-experience

     - Education background

     - Stability

     - Expected CTC

     - Location (NCR) or comfortable for locating NCR

     - Notice Period​

  • Clickable links of the social media pages (e.g. LinkedIn, FB, Instagram) & portfolio.

  • Name & other details should be clearly mentioned.

  • Able to edit data while uploading the data from CVs.

  • AI should give suggestions while editing or filling the data.

  • Clear visibility of Recommendations.

  • ​Photograph of the candidate.

Solutions

Most of the problems that HR faces can be easily solved by sorting the uploaded data using AI. It will not only save time but also enables to sort the data according to the requirements.​

  • Clear UI to Upload the PDFs or extract from various portals like LinkedIn, Iim Jobs, etc.

  • Enable to edit data while uploading.

  • Can sort data with respect to the various categories, e.g. total experience, stability, CTC, notice period, etc.

  • Can show the recommendations with very clear visibility.

  • While uploading the CVs mark the grading of the educational institutes which will help to filter or sort the data according to the prestigious institutions.

Suggestions
  • Add buttons for rejecting or selecting the candidate for further level.

  • Separate the CVs and keep them in different groups based on the actions taken by the recruiter.

Suggestions For Future
  • Can make arrangements for sending and receiving emails. We can integrate Gmail and other popular email services as well.

  • Machine interview is also a way to fasten the process. HR can set some questions and candidates need to reply to them and while doing this they need to record the video.

  • ​HR can pre-define the requirement criteria and once the CV has been uploaded the AI will match the details and tell which candidate fits the job best and why.
